“Remember that it doesn’t matter what makes you happy – the mountains, caves, sea, camping, swimming, scrambling... No matter what it is, if it puts a smile on your face then it’s worth doing. Because life is for living now, not waiting for the right time. Enjoy!”

“Due to the heat, this hike was hard. Especially as we needed to complete in a timeframe to catch the last ferry home. My stump was in bits by the time we hit the bottom, and we had to hitch a lift back to the ferry terminal. Arran is such a beautiful place and Goatfell mountain didn’t disappoint. Good day to get out of your head.” Debbie McQuat

“Finally made it to Moraine Lake in Canada! Should have gone two years ago but Covid put paid to that. Covid also changed me for the worse, and made me a lot more anxious about things that normally wouldn’t bother me, but now do. This trip meant so much to me, as my grandparents came from Canada and I’ve always wanted to go to see the places they always talked about when I was growing up. My Nan died aged 100 at the start of Covid and I’ve been waiting for this day to come since then, to return her ashes back to the place she loved so much. I cried like a baby while doing this. I feel blessed to have seen such a wonderful place and feel a lot happier inside knowing I’ve done it.” Paul Higgins

“Last Friday I successfully summited Mount Toubkal, at 4167m the highest mountain in north Africa.”

“Special in the early hours.”
