Kate

Nose: Bright acidity leads with green apple, and then pear drops and white peach, followed by freshly split vanilla. Then comes floral notes of gentle jasmine.

Palate: Dry and fresh with lots of peach and pear and gorgeous citrus notes. Sparkling acidity and some floral notes.

Finish: Long and dry with waves of vanilla spice.

Comments: Bright and fresh and eminently easy drinking, this makes for a great aperitif.

Rob

Nose: Packed full of fresh floral notes, white blossom flowers, apple and elderflower. There’s poached pear, ripe white peaches and citrus, sweet lemon, brown sugar and orange syrup.

Palate: The lushness of the nose moves to a more drying character. There is still a little sweetness and those peach and elderflower notes appear.

Finish: Those lovely fruits hit first then is becomes very crisp, sharp and drying. There’s a little flinty and mineral quality to this, hot, dry stones.

Comments: Chill it down and enjoy.
