Rob
Nose: Quite punchy in the first instance at the alcohol rolls through. Then ripe banana, apricot croissants and flaked almonds. Green mango. Honey and lemon cough sweets. Warm summer grass, caramel slices and orange zest.
Palate: Soft and gentle with plenty of sweetness to it. Apples and pears poached in cider.
Brandy sauce.
Finish: Swift with a little aniseed to the after taste.
Comments: One of the quiet ones. Like eating Ferrero Rocher with a glass of Cointreau. 7.9

Nose: Crayons and colouring pencils, a glass of white grape soda, lemon cream, and old fashioned citrus boiled sweets from a tin with flour coating.
Palate: Citrus led and uplifting, with very gentle tannin. Lots of honey and lemon, the merest hint of cucumber and mint lurks around the edges, with a touch of blueberry too.
Finish: Medium length with good intensity. The honey predominates, but that cucumber note becomes more prevalent as the sweetness fades.
Comments: Evocative of summer spent in a Sicilian garden. 7.8
