A bit of a theme starts to emerge here – this is a high-strength version of Caoruun Gin, made using the same, locally-foraged botanicals, including: rowan berries, bog myrtle, and coul blush apple. Caoruun works particular­ly well with apple: it’s their suggested garnish for a Gin & Tonic, and this twist on a Gin Spritz makes for a notably crisp and refreshing drink.

Ingredient­s

25ml Caoruun Distiller’s Cut Gin

25ml Apple Juice

75ml Sparkling Water (or even prosecco if you’re feeling particular­ly festive!)

Add the gin and juice to a Champagne flute and top-up with your choice of fizz. Garnish with a thin slice of apple.
