Auchentoshan launches first-ever pop-up in Taiwan
Auchentoshan has opened its first-ever pop-up global travel retail boutique at Taiwan Taoyuan Airport, giving the Scotch brand an opportunity to showcase its whisky to international travellers.
In June 2022, Taiwan began to ease entry requirements for travellers and as a result airport footfall has been steadily increasing. With that in mind, the Auchentoshan activation has been designed to be a go-to destination for travellers to explore.
The interactive boutique will include educational and digital elements to immerse shoppers in Auchentoshan’s portfolio of whiskies.
The Auchentoshan aged range is available in addition to the popular travel-retail exclusive collection of American Oak Reserve, Blood Oak and Dark Oak, launched in October 2019.
Customers are able to sample the expressions at the tasting bar, while learning more about the brand's history. There is also a gifting area upon checkout, where shoppers can draft personalised messages to make the experience as special as possible for whisky collectors and travellers alike.

The Auchentoshan pop-up is open to customers at Taiwan Taoyuan Airport until September 2022 and is located in the highly sought-after space at the Terminal 2 Departure Hall.
