BETA UK
“We are very pleased to be associated with the Roundhouse Beta team again in 2014. The team is run in a very professional way and is a great advert for Beta. What is good to see is how the riders are improving, which is the result of them working a lot on all aspects of their riding and training. To have James Dabill working with the team is very positive as he is the UK’s No 1 world championship rider. His level is very high and I think the younger riders can learn so much from him. Jack Sheppard will ride again for team Roundhouse Beta – he will move up to the world championship Pro class, which is a big step, but Jack is working very hard to be prepared for the harder sections. Jack has had a difficult few years with his wrist injury but nobody can doubt his determination and commitment to ride at a high level again. New team member for 2014 will be Andy Chilton. His riding improved so much last year and he too is working a lot to be prepared for this season. I think it is great to see a new young rider going to the world championship events, where all the best riders in the world are. Finally the youngest of the team, Dec Bullock, will move up to the world Junior class. Dec finished his year off with a podium in Isola, France, which shows how hard he worked last year and shows how much he has improved.
“Team boss Simon has worked very hard to put the team together. The set-up is very professional and his support enables the riders to concentrate on their riding. Simon oversees the running of the team and generally lets the riders get on with what they are doing, but intervenes from time to time when necessary, to keep things running smoothly. Sam and Brad Bullock have also been a big part of the team helping with minding and general organising. We are very proud to work with team Roundhouse Beta and we look forward to working with them throughout 2014.”
