ALL ACTION
With just one round left, and while much of the national results are now assured, there’s still plenty to ride for as the series concludes in Derbyshire in the Autumn. The D-Class Small Wheels has been dominated by George Hemingway who apart from the first round has finished on the top spot. He is joined by Toby Shaw and Jasper Fox, who have battled all season eventually finishing second and third respectively. The class is dominated by Oset machinery and for the first time there was an all-Oset entry at the two Scottish rounds.
Going into the final round unbeaten is something very special and an achievement celebrated by D-Class Medium Wheel rider Myles Hutchinson on the prototype Oset 24.0R Jr. Charlie Crossland is a strong second and has steadily improved all season on his unmissable personalised Beta. The two boys are joined on the podium by Alfie-Ray Turner.
The C-Class Medium Wheels is the one to watch going into the final round at Bracken Rocks. Harry Hemingway and Harry Turner are rapidly becoming renowned for their ‘end of Championship’ battles. Once again the pair will go head to head in the title decider round. Sitting pretty in an uncatchable third is Dominic Horne.
Jack Dance dominates the C-Class Standard Wheel in a style above the rest and he remains unbeaten. It’s the same story in the B Class with Billy Green, who is a ride apart on his Beta. These two will be riding to deliver an unbeaten run for sure. Oliver Smith has held a solid second on the prototype Oset PR1 and this season has seen the Bexhill lad really come into his own, offering real competition for Billy in the second half of the championship. Daniel Slack has chased hard in third to keep the podium on its toes.
