C CLASS MEDIUM WHEEL – PETROL

-

With Dan Slack a worthy champion, winning every round, the action would focus on the battle for second between Mitchell Brightmore and Charlie Smith. Both of them made their maiden voyage into the FIM Trial World Championship before fighting it out for the second step on the podium in the B Class at Matlock. This very unforgiving venue would see Slack at his best as a very close contest unfolded, with Smith losing out with a poor second lap to his rival Brightmore. Try as he might Smith could not pull the marks back, as Brightmore had done all his hard work on the opening two of the three laps to edge Smith into third overall, both on the day and in the championship.
