East Benula South in In­ver­ness-shire is a spec­tac­u­lar West Coast wilder­ness of­fer­ing a cot­tage and, four miles away by boat, a deer for­est. There is fish­ing for trout and pike. Beauly is 26 miles and In­ver­ness Air­port 47. The prop­erty is avail­able in two lots: the cot­tage and the stalk­ing. South Benula Cot­tage, nine miles from the vil­lage of Can­nich by sin­gle­track road be­tween lochs Mullar­doch and the smaller Sealb­hanach, with views down Glen Can­nich, is a bun­ga­low of Do­ran con­struc­tion with a sheet­ing-clad ex­ten­sion. There are four bed­rooms in­clud­ing a bunk room, two bath­rooms, a sit­ting room and a con­ser­va­tory over­look­ing the loch. Ad­ja­cent is a large shed pro­vid­ing a work­shop and store. East Benula South Deer For­est rises on the south­ern shore of Loch Mullar­doch and pro­vides 3,438 acres of chal­leng­ing stalk­ing with a ten-year av­er­age of 14 stags and 32 hinds. There is fish­ing on Mullar­doch.
