BEST-KNOWN AS ruth­less Cer­sei Lan­nis­ter in Game of Thrones (left), Lena Headey made her screen de­but in the 1992 Bri­tish film Water­land.

Be­tween 2008 and 2009, she played the ti­tle role in US sci-fi se­ries Ter­mi­na­tor: The Sarah Con­nor Chron­i­cles. She’s had four Emmy nom­i­na­tions for play­ing Cer­sei, and earns around £2mil­lion per episode, mak­ing her one of the high­est-paid ac­tors on TV.

HER NEW ROLE

THE 45-YEAR-OLD, who was born in Ber­muda, takes a break from film­ing the fi­nal se­ries of Game of Thrones to make a spe­cial ap­pear­ance as her­self in this week’s episode of Julia Davis’ provoca­tive com­edy Sal­ly4ever.

The episode sees the emo­tion­ally ma­nip­u­la­tive Emma (Davis) bag a small part in Headey’s lat­est film about an autis­tic 19th-cen­tury baker. How­ever, things soon be­gin to kick off be­tween the star and the scene-steal­ing Emma…
