Having had a successful career in the predominantly male world of football, she knows more than most how hard it is for women to be treated equally in the workplace. Challenging some shocking statistics and equally shocking public opinions, Baroness Brady asks why it’s usually men who have the best jobs, while women are often forced to give up their careers when they have children. She also meets a female Asda worker who has taken the fight for fair pay to the courts.
