Prince continues to hide his discovery of his testicular lump from Lily, and lies he’s attending Donna-marie’s court hearing, when in fact he’s off to the hospital for an ultrasound scan. But his distant behaviour is taking its toll on his wife, and when she wrongly accuses him of cheating on her, he believes she’d be better off without him and tells her they’re finished.
Nana Mcqueen later finds Prince in tears, and he confides in her about his tumour, while also revealing he and Lily have split up. The plucky pensioner promises to help the pair, but as Prince later goes into hospital for an operation, Lily remains none the wiser about his illness. Will Nana tell her before she seeks comfort in smitten Romeo?
Elsewhere, manipulative Mac gets Alfie on board in persuading struggling Cindy to check into a private clinic. Worried about her health, Cindy agrees, and when she questions how to pay for the treatment, Mac tells her that she can remortgage the house. As he later gets her to sign some papers, will poor Cinders end up homeless? And Brody’s in turmoil when the police reveal that they’re dropping his case against Buster. Sienna urges him to appeal, but he goes on a bender and ends up punching bezzy mate Damon. Is this the start of a downward spiral?
