Snow is lovely at Christmas, but spare a thought for ambulance crews driving through it to get to people in trouble. That’s what Laura and Anna have to do after they’re called in as back-up to Matt and Alex, the West Midlands Ambulance Service team who first got to Robert, who’s had a seizure after banging his head. As this weeknight series returns for a two-week series of seasonal episodes, we also meet Aaron and Chris, who are called out to attend a retired nurse who thinks she has a hernia. While taking their patient to A&E, the team come across a car on fire on the roadside…
