comedy ⊲ This amiable sequel to the 2003 comedy has the Baker clan (Steve Martin and his extended family) taking a lakeside holiday together, only to find themselves competing with their wealthy neighbours (Eugene Levy and his extended family – including a young Taylor Lautner). That the eldest Baker daughter (Piper Perabo) is heavily pregnant should clue you in to where the film is heading, but it’s a lot of slapstick fun getting there. Dir: Adam Shankman 2006, PG, 105min
