Ayesha is torn when she’s offered a lucrative PR job on an anti-malaria campaign, but after a row with potential new beau Bear, she gives Zara her month’s notice. She’s thrown when she’s asked to start the following week, and when she tells Zara she needs to leave immediately, the medic sacks her.
