Zack’s back!

Sharon’s sibling pitches up in the Square, but what does he want?

-

Handsome Zack – the new-found brother of Sharon, who looks like an extra from Lock,

Stock & Two Smoking Barrels – pitches up in Walford this week. But has he come to play happy families, or is Sharon about to be left bitterly disappointed?

It’s Jean who engineers the reunion. She and Mo agree to clean the gym that Sharon has bought, and when they get a rollicking off from the blonde for their lacklustre approach, struggling Jean vents her frustrations by climbing into a nearby delivery van and crashing it.

Realising the reason for Jean’s erratic behaviour, Shazbang acts as an intermediary when the police arrive. As Jean then opens up about her fears for Stacey, Shazza mentions how, at dad Gavin’s funeral, she met a brother she never knew she had, giving Jean an idea...

Later on at The Vic, Jean encourages Sharon to cherish her family, and is in the midst of confessing to having overstepped the mark when a car pulls up and Zack steps out.

He insists on buying Sharon breakfast, but he’s less concerned with her eating habits and more bothered about getting his hands on her flat keys, which he manages to swiftly swipe while his sibling is chatting to Kheerat.

Sharon’s shocked to later find him rummaging through her bedroom, and twigs that he’s trying to get his hands on something their late dad had left them in his will.

Have the pair profited from gangster Gavin’s life of crime, or will they just have to make do with bad memories? And as Shazbang urges Zack to stick around, will he agree to make Albert Square his new home?
