Killer Gray caught out!
Whitney discovers his big secret, but will she tell Chelsea?
Just a few weeks ago, Chelsea wanted nothing to do with Gray, and made it clear as crystal he would have no involvement in bringing up their baby as she planned on going it alone as a single mum.
How things have changed! Now, the pair are engaged and planning their future, but pregnant Chels is unaware of the sinister secrets her fiancé is hiding. As Whitney makes a shock discovery about Gray this week, could the shotgun wedding be called off already?
Chelsea is nervous when giddy Gray wants to tell his kids, Mack and Mia, they’re going to have a new sibling and asks him to say nothing for now, so she’s understandably upset when he ignores her wishes and tells them anyway. Not only that, he arranges for Ms Fox’s stuff to be moved into his house without asking her first!
Unable to shake the feeling he’s being too controlling (she doesn’t know the half of it!), the future Mrs Atkins melts when Gray presents her with an expensive engagement ring and she settles into her new home.
When Chelsea has to collect an unwell Mia from school, they bump into Whitney, who cautiously congratulates her friend on the forthcoming nuptials – sneaking in a veiled, but well-meaning, comment that she hopes she knows what she’s doing. Both women are aware of Gray’s dark side, though Chelsea insists she’s happy.
Whit puts her concerns aside and agrees to help look after Mia, but it’s clear Chelsea is out of her depth when the little girl voms everywhere. Whitney rings Gray’s office to let him know his daughter’s condition has worsened, only to be told he hasn’t worked for the company for months… So where has he been going every day?!
That’s what Whitney wants to know and, as she plans to confront Gray the next day about losing his job and lying about it, Tiffany warns her sister she best get her facts straight before she starts throwing accusations around.
While Chelsea and Mia bond and plan to use Gray’s credit card on a shopping spree (we doubt that’ll get them much beyond the Tube fare), Whitney phones Gray and he maintains his fib he’s ‘at the office’, while he’s actually flipping burgers.
Whitney knows he’s lying, but will she blow his cover and tell Chelsea? If she does, gruesome Gray may want revenge on his ex before any other secrets come tumbling out…
