Scary fun

Making a celebrity ghost special was an innovative way to refresh the format of E4’s Coach Trip. Brendan Sheerin cheers up the dullest of autumn days and I love his quips. It was such fun seeing stars scream and jump with fright in Celebrity Ghost Trip.

Well done all!

This series of BBC1’S Strictly Come Dancing just gets better and better! The standard of dancing in the first few weeks has been amazing. Well done to the on-screen talent, make-up and costume teams, music director, singers, band and camera crew! Mandy Salorian, Barnoldswick

Wake-up call

Watching Ambulance on BBC1 was a wake-up call. This service is obviously stretched, at times to breaking point. We are so lucky to have these dedicated first-responders. In difficult conditions, the crews have saved lives, brought comfort and made a difference.

Less and more

Is Channel 5’s Bargainloving Brits in the Sun being shown on an eternal loop? Every time I watch this show, it’s a repeat that’s been shown just a week or two before. I really love the programme but it is time for some new episodes please. Come on, Channel 5!

A hit with me

Can I say how much we enjoyed watching Sue

Perkins and Mel Giedroyc in Sky Comedy’s Hitmen: Reloaded. They complement each other perfectly and I hope there is another series.

Diana Tootill, St Austell

Marvellous

I love watching BBC1’S The Repair Shop. Not only do you marvel at the skills of the restorers, but you also get some fascinating stories of the items from their owners. Stephen Sheppard, Doncaster

Cracking

I am delighted to see BBC1’S cracking crime drama Shetland back for a new series. There is plenty of gripping stuff for us to get our teeth into.
