After receiving a cryptic threat, Tane is alarmed to discover that someone knows about the money late brother Ari and Mia stole after an armed robbery years earlier – the same cash the couple used to buy the gym.
Things then take a dangerous turn when Tane is abducted in broad daylight and comes face to face with a biker gang.
Tane discovers that Tex the handyman is a member of the gang and has secretly been spying on the Parata family! The gang now want the stolen $150,000 back plus interest… or else!
Meanwhile, Rose worries about her paramedic brother Xander when he flips out after being called to the scene of a fatal accident involving a cyclist and a drunk driver. Later, Xander is haunted by flashbacks to the tragedy and starts to have a panic attack. Has Xander got what it takes to handle his stressful job?
Elsewhere, Felicity attempts to convince Lyrik to play some regular gigs and help boost business at Salt. Little does restaurant coowner Felicity know, but someone is about to quit the band! Also, Alf considers leaving Summer Bay, Mackenzie thinks about dating again, and Cash and John bond.
