They might be sworn enemies on screen, but in real life the actors who play Kheerat and Ravi are old pals! Aaron Thiara, who recently joined the cast as charming and ruthless villain Ravi, says it was nice to see a familiar face.

‘I knew Jaz Singh Deol [Kheerat], so it’s nice for us to reconnect,’ says Aaron, 29. ‘In a parallel universe, Ravi could’ve been living the life Kheerat is, but because of his upbringing he was taken down a different route.

‘That’s the underlying route of their conflict – jealousy!’
