Gunning for JUSTICE

Nicola demands Naomi confess all about attacking her

-

Hell hath no fury like a Nicola scorned. The counsellor is like a Rottweiler with a bone as she vows to make Naomi pay for her part in the attack that left her scared to leave the house.

Despite identifying Charles’ daughter as a witness to her brutal bashing, Nico is told by the cops that there’s not enough evidence to charge Naomi as she denies any involvement.

Refusing to accept this is the end of the road, Nicola pleads with Charles to persuade Naomi to admit the truth.

As the vicar stands by his offspring, the cantankerous Mrs King threatens to end his and Manpreet’s careers if they continue to take Naomi’s side.

‘Charles wants to support his daughter, but what about his congregation?’ says Nicola Wheeler, who plays Nico.

‘As the local vicar, he has a massive responsibility here.

‘Nicola can’t sit back and do nothing. Naomi may not have actually attacked her, but she allowed it to happen. As far as Nicola’s concerned, she’s as guilty as the others.’

As the chaos unfolds, Naomi’s conscience starts to kick in when Nate accuses her of being deceitful and dumps her, and then Ethan starts to feel sorry for Nicola as her panic attacks return. Can he convince his sister to come clean and allow Nicola closure?

‘Just when Nicola thought she was getting on with her recovery, she hits a wall,’ adds Nicola.

‘Naomi starts to see the attack has ruined Nicola’s life… but will that spur her into doing the right thing?’
