Gino D’acampo has been quite the jet-setter this summer, filming not one but two deliziosi series for fans. Gino’s Italy: Like Mamma Used to Make finds the TV chef in his element as he journeys around his homeland, learning from some of the country’s feistiest and funniest matriarchs. Meeting his no-nonsense aunts Lina and Rita – who tell him ‘talk less, cook more’ – sets the tone for this fun food odyssey. It kicks off in Naples, Gino’s birthplace, where he reveals his favourite pizza spot and a naughty childhood secret! The banter continues on This Morning (Tuesday, 10am, ITV) as Gino invites us into his Sardinian villa for a four-part series. Bellissimo! ★★★★ RF
