The physical challenges in tonight’s episode of Who Dares Wins certainly do their job of pushing the recruits to their limit. We lose two celebs pretty quickly as jumping out of a helicopter into the ocean and the beach-beasting that follows takes it toll. But, as always with this series, discovering why the stars wanted to be part of this brutal show is the most interesting part. Actor Jennifer Ellison reveals the remarkable story of her life and why she needs to do something to feel proud of herself again and reality TV star Ferne Mccann also opens up about the challenges of being a single mum in the public eye. ★★★ JL
