Big changes at the surgery result in chaos

The Doc (Martin Clunes) is back behind his desk and barking orders tonight. Yet with both Ellinghams sharing the GP surgery, chaos reigns. New receptionist Max (The Crown’s Angus Imrie – son of Celia) isn’t equal to the task, but wait, what’s this? Former receptionist Morwenna (Horrible Histories’ Jessica Ransom) is questioning her career as an estate agent? When Max goes AWOL, the Doc turns to her for help. Let’s hope she decides to make the return a permanent one and manages to wrangle a pay rise out of him in the process! Elsewhere, James Henry (Elliott Blake) befriends an adorable stray he names Chicken. Will the Doc crack and let Chicken stay? ER
