TCM 9PM - 11.45PM ★★★ SCI-FI ACTION Director Guillermo del Toro’s action spectacular pits giant fighting robots against invading alien monsters who appear after a breach in the Pacific Ocean opens up a portal to another dimension. The effects are awesome, but the thinly characterised humans who pilot the robots – including Charlie Hunnam – inevitably get dwarfed.
