The sky’s the limit for the first item brought into the barn as siblings Marc and Mel bring in their dad’s old kite. It’s ripped and faded, but paper expert Chris Shaw is determined to have it blowing in the wind again. Next is Kate, who is also after a major restoration so the next generation of her family can ride on a toy train that was bought by her dad in the 1960s, but is currently held together by rust and happy memories. Metal expert Dom Chinea must do a first-class job to get this toy back on track. Also, Kirsten Ramsay pieces back together a precious plate with a well-known owner. ★★★★ JL
