Having left the kids in Portwenn, the Ellinghams head to a medical conference in London, which Louisa envisions will be a delightful child-free break. It isn’t. The doc’s ex, Sophie - Hermione Norris gleefully running amok is a TV treat – is in full troublemaking mode. First, there’s her revelation that Louisa is the ‘troublesome cervix’ case study in the doc’s speech. Which is news to Louisa. (Wait until she hears he’ll be showing slides of her insides!)
But that’s nothing in comparison to catching her hubby in a compromising position with Sophie. Ever wished you’d just stayed at home?
