Another batch of brave top-class chefs are limbering up to show off their talents. Gregg Wallace and Marcus Wareing are back to have their taste buds tantalised and to judge the offerings, and with Monica Galetti taking a break, Morning Live’s Anna Haugh is a welcome addition as an empathetic but eagle-eyed replacement. In the opening heat, four contestants undergo the terrifying Skills Test and tackle oysters in beurre blanc or a fruit tart before a two-course Signature Menu. Continues tomorrow and Friday. ★★★★ CC
