It’s a sad day in the village as Harriet Finch, copper turned vicar turned copper again, is laid to rest following her grisly death by exploding quad bike. Amelia makes a heartfelt speech about her, and Dan, Hazza’s brief boyfriend, is in tears.
Drowning his sorrows after, he admits to Will that, although he was in love with Harriet, he wasn’t sure if she was just ‘settling’. Will’s awkward, given how Harriet had recently tried to woo him back but, to spare his pal’s feelings, he lies that Dan made Harriet happy. Dan’s comforted, but could Kim burst his bubble?
