SAMSON’S CRUEL CALL
To say that Samson hasn’t warmed to fatherhood is quite the understatement. He never wanted Amelia to go ahead with her pregnancy – a result of their one-night stand – and is fuming when he’s left holding the baby this week, thanks to Lydia.
Desperate to be a ‘normal’ teenager again, he suggests to Amelia that they put the nipper up for adoption. When she refuses, he calls social services, lying that Esther is being mistreated and should be taken into care. Amelia is later visited by a social worker – is the new mum headed for heartache?
