Gangsta Granny is back! Or is she? That’s the mystery young Ben (Archie Yates) must unravel in this small-screen reworking of David Walliams’ hit 2021 children’s book of the same name, a sequel to his 2011 novel Gangsta Granny, which was adapted for BBC1 in 2013.

Set a year after Ben and his late gran – AKA The Black Cat – pulled off a daring crown-jewel heist, the lad is shocked to hear of more thefts. Who is responsible? Look out for David and Sheridan Smith as Ben’s parents.
