Longmont Potion Castle is a pseudonym for an absurd prank phone caller from the Denver, Colorado area. I first heard his track “Nash”, from Volume 4, on a mixtape someone put together for us on our first US tour. It sounds silly that a prank call could blow me away, but he does things with special effects on his voice. It creates unique and confusing situations for whoever happens to pick up the phone. It’s elevating prank calls into a legitimate artform [laughs].
