JP: They’re from Los Angeles, the Seattle of California… Sean Solomon is an avowed fan of the early sound of Sub Pop, and I love this song – it’s very urgent, it evokes Wipers in places. While Knife Knights are expansive, Moaning’s brilliance is in brevity and intensity.
