Archives Performance Series Volume 02.5: Live At The Cellar Door

Although recorded between November 30 and December 2, just seven weeks after the Live At Massey Hall album, nevertheless Cellar Door is a valuable addition to the Young motherlode – not least because six of the 13 tracks here are solo piano pieces, including an elegiac “Flying On The Ground Is Wrong”, a stunning “Expecting To Fly” and “Cinnamon Girl” performed on the DC venue’s “nine-foot Steinway”.
