Pintxos tour in San Sebastian
San Sebastian is a small seaside city known for its Michelin star restaurants, but it’s often the pintxos bars that provide the most memorable culinary experience. And nobody knows how to navigate the lively streets of the old town quite like a local. My favorite part is that I get to try so many different things, from traditional dishes like sizzling garlicky shrimp skewers and seared foie to modern creations. And of course, you can pair each pintxos with a drink of your choice - in my case usually a glass of Rioja Tinto or locally produced sidra (alcoholic cider).
