Tricky start for rescued pups

Uxbridge Gazette - - News -

DOGS Trust West London has taken in three black Scottish terrier puppies just in time for Halloween.

The three little ladies have striking pointy ears resembling bats, and have been named Boo, Pumpkin and Candy.

The litter came into the centre after being illegally imported into the UK. At the very tender age of 16 weeks, these sisters will need some time to find their paws but have already bagged forever homes with their special someone, for when they are ready.

Dogs Trust West London’s Rehoming Centre manager, Richard Moore, said: “Like all puppies, they are absolutely adorable, but we have found suitable homes for them with owners who have the time and patience to give them everything they need, especially after such a difficult start in life.

“We have already started to do basic training with them and they are very quick learners, especially if their favourite foodie treat or toy is on offer as a reward! They will be heading off to magical homes very soon.”

If you think you’d be the ‘paw’fect forever home for a pooch in our care and can show them that the world isn’t such a scary place this Halloween, please call the centre on 0300 303 0292.
