Who will curb boys on bikes?

I LIVE in Ruislip Manor in the last few years we have big boys riding bikes and doing wheelies on the pavement they have no consideration for pedestrians.

Just last week I had one coming straight at me I moved out the way quickly if I had been not been able to move or had been an older less mobile person I think I would have been knocked over.

I wonder how many other people have experienced this. I wish we still had a policeman walking the streets like we used to.
