Fired up for another dragon adventure?

Hiccup and Toothless take on a fresh quest

-

IT’S a challenge we are unlikely to ever face, but How to Train Your Dragon has become a popular film franchise – and the latest instalment is out on DVD and BluRay (from £9.99) from DreamWorks Animation this month.

How to Train your Dragon: The Hidden World is a tale about growing up, finding the courage to face the unknown… and how nothing can ever train you to let go.

In the movies what began as an unlikely friendship between an adolescent Viking and a fearsome Night Fury dragon has become an epic adventure.

Now ruler of Berk alongside his beloved Astrid, Hiccup has created a gloriously chaotic dragon utopia.

When the sudden appearance of a female Light Fury coincides with the darkest threat their village has ever faced, Hiccup and his dragon Toothless must leave the only home they’ve known and journey to a hidden world thought to exist only in myth.

As their true destinies are revealed, dragon and rider must fight together – to the very ends of the Earth – to protect everything they’ve come to treasure.

Full of the series’ usual rapid-fire humour and beautiful animation, this is definitely one to keep all the family entertained on a rainy Sunday.
