ONE PORTAL WAY SPACE FOR EVERYONE

-

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU

Imperial College London is working with development manager Frame RE and architects Pilbrow & Partners to create a vibrant new space which has something for everyone at One Portal Way in North Acton.

The site is located between North Acton station and the Acton Elizabeth Line station, and within walking distance of the future HS2 hub in Old Oak Common, making it one of the best-connected sites in the UK. It is currently occupied by Dixons Carphone, who are in discussions with Imperial about potentially upgrading their HQ to a more modern, sustainable facility that would better reflect their needs as a leading tech company.

One Portal Way has the potential to be the new heart of the area – knitting together other developments to form a vibrant place. Imperial and its team are considering a range of activities and uses as part of the proposals including new homes to suit a range of needs, offices and workspaces, community spaces, play areas, cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops.

You can find out more about our early vision and have your say on what you would like to see included by visiting our website, www.oneportalway.co.uk or scanning the QR code below.
