Evie Raw Bake Station

-

Raw Bake Station is a small brand on a big mission: to reinvent the snacking game, making snacks more wholesome and nutritious without compromising on flavour. The vegan sweet treats company specialise in delicious mini cookies that are proudly planetpositive and flavour-forward as well as free from gluten, dairy, peanuts and refined sugar.

Founded six years ago by Evie, Raw Bake Station went from market stalls in Manchester to the shop shelves, now supplying the Co-Op, Daylesford, Ocado, Vegan Kind Supermarket and many more in the UK whilst exporting to the UAE and Europe. Evie says: “While travelling in Australia, aged 18-21, with a growing interest in health and fitness, I learnt more about the vegan world and how to work with raw foods. Moving home, I began my creations in the heart of my mother’s kitchen... Much to her delight! With a very sweet tooth, I’d found trying to find healthy sweet treats more than a little difficult. So, I was fascinated with the idea that you could make seriously yummy things without all the ‘nasties’ that present themselves in everyday ‘goodies’ you find on the shelves. Inspired by the feedback I was receiving, I started selling on market stalls and then into local juice bars. That quickly escalated into independent shops and eateries around the North, and now all over the UK, including a recent launch into WHSmith Travel! It’s been quite the exciting journey.”

Raw Bake’s cookies currently come in three different flavours: Double salted choc, Vanilla choc chip and Chocolatey and Orangey; known as ‘Crookies’ for being, as the brand puts, ‘criminally good’. Their packaging is also 100 per cent recyclable and each product comes in at under 200 calories.
