Hi Vegan Life,

Herewith, pictures of my effort at reproducing the November cover photo of Vegan Life. It was delicious, so I shared it with my non-vegetarian husband and son, who thought it was yummy (too much just for me). I have also shared the recipe with three other friends. Mushrooms do seem to be in vogue at present!
