Mint Yoghurt & Chilli Oil Drizzle
• 245g (8.6oz) of plant-based yoghurt
• 1 tsp dried mint
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• Black pepper, to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp chilli powder (hot, if you can handle it)
1 Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and put a tablespoon of this creamy and fresh topping on the peppers.
