Chocolate Porridge
Serves 4
Chocolate for breakfast? Yes please! Adding some dark chocolate to your morning porridge adds an extra level of comfort.
• 100g (3.5oz) oat flakes
• 400ml (13fl oz) rice or coconut milk • 50g (2oz) dark chocolate, chopped
You will also need:
• 24 cm (9.5-in) saucepan
1 Put all the ingredients in the saucepan. Cook over a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
