Queen costs the British taxpayer £35m every year. Some people say that represents value for money because she brings around a million tourists into the country. But for the same money, we could apparently get 100 Nick Knowleses. And these Nick Knowleses would only have to bring in 10,000 tourists each to match Her Majesty’s performance.
