1 JOHNNY ENGLISH STRIKES AGAIN Tonight, Channel 4, 7.15pm

A DEVASTATIN­G cyber-attack compromise­s the identities and locations of serving MI7 operatives and the British prime minister

(Emma Thompson), who will be hosting a G12 summit in a matter of days, demands a swift response from MI7 boss Pegasus (Adam James). He reluctantl­y restores Johnny English (Rowan Atkinson) to active duty along with sidekick Bough (Ben Miller). The creaky crime-fighting duo tracks the cyberattac­k to a yacht, the Dot Calm, where the agents meet beautiful Russian spy Ophelia (Olga Kurylenko). Miller is a likeable straight man and Atkinson attacks the comic setpieces with a gusto sadly lacking in the film around him.

2 MASTER AND COMMANDER: THE FAR SIDE OF THE WORLD Tomorrow, Film 4, 9pm

IN this swashbuckl­ing adventure set during the Napoleonic Wars, Captain Jack Aubrey (Russell Crowe, left) and the crew of the HMS Surprise are ordered to intercept a French war ship. However, when his own ship is heavily damaged, he realises the task is not as easy as it seems.

3 ROCKY IV Tuesday, ITV4, 9pm

SYLVESTER STALLONE returns to the Rocky road in this third sequel, which he also directs. Rocky trains his friend Apollo Creed in a match against Drago (Dolph Lundgren), an indestruct­ible Russian boxer. But when Apollo is killed in the ring during the match, Rocky (Stallone pictured with Lundgren) vows to avenge his friend’s death.

4 HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS: PART 2 Wednesday, ITV2, 6.35pm

HARRY (Daniel Radcliffe left), Hermione (Emma Watson) and Ron (Rupert Grint), return to Hogwarts on the hunt for horcruxes to defeat Voldemort. The final film in the franchise features thrilling set pieces galore, bringing the boy wizard’s tale to a hugely satisfying conclusion.

5 ANIMALS Thursday, Film 4, 9pm

SISTERLY solidarity is tested to breaking point in this booze-soaked dark comedy. When Laura (Holliday Grainger) falls in love with classical pianist Jim, her jealous best friend Tyler (Alia Shawkat, pictured with Grainger), schemes to break up the happy couple by tempting her best friend to stray with a handsome writer.

6 REBECCA Friday, Talking Pictures, 2.25pm

ALFRED HITCHCOCK’S atmospheri­c version of Daphne Du Maurier’s tale stars Joan Fontaine as the timid new wife of Maxim de Winter (Laurence Olivier). His country estate Manderley remains in the iron grip of formidable housekeepe­r Ms Danvers (Judith Anderson, left with Fontaine) and the memory of the master’s late wife, Rebecca.

7 SUICIDE SQUAD Saturday, ITV2, 9pm

GOVERNMENT agent Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) fears the arrival of another meta-human like Superman and press-gangs a crew of incarcerat­ed criminals to carry out covert missions. Meanwhile, Batman swoops over Gotham and The Joker (Jared Leto) plots a reunion with girlfriend Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie, pictured).
