CAN YOU HELP HUNT FOR MOST WANTED?
POLICE in Wales are trying to track down these people who are wanted in relation to a series of alleged crimes.
South Wales Police, Gwent Police and North Wales Police are asking for members of the public to come forward if they have any information about the whereabouts of the men listed below. Dyfed-Powys Police did not have any active appeals at the time of publication.
If you have seen any of the following people, or know of their whereabouts, you are asked to call police on 101 and quote the relevant reference number.
Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111. In some instances you may be eligible to claim a reward. Ibraheem Mughal, 21, is wanted in connection with alleged possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs. He has links to Grangetown in Cardiff.

Dalton Rafell, 20, from Ely, Cardiff, is wanted on suspicion of assault.

Rhys Payne, 19, from Trowbridge, Cardiff, is wanted on recall to prison. He has links to the Llanedeyrn and Tremorfa areas of Cardiff.

Craig Gibson, 32, from Barry, is wanted on suspicion of assault.

Kayron Hassan, 25, from Grangetown, Cardiff, is wanted on suspicion of assault and breach of bail.

Lewis Addis, 30, from Roath, Cardiff, is wanted for alleged robbery and fraud. ■ Reference: *046827
Dafydd Merkel, from Newport, received a four-year sentence for burglary at Cardiff Crown Court in August 2018.
He has now been recalled to prison.

Chad Webber, 32, from Newport, is wanted after breaching his licence conditions after being released from prison. He has now been recalled to prison.

Connor O’Halloran, 21, is wanted after breaching his licence conditions following his release from prison. He has been recalled to prison.

Keri John Phillips, 53, is wanted by police due to an ongoing investigation into the breach of a restraining order.

Altaib Ahmad Altagani, 32, from Newport, has been recalled to prison. ■ Reference: 2000336917
North Wales Police are searching for Gary Stephen Keating, 37, who is from Liverpool but has links to the North Wales area, is wanted on suspicion of conspiracy to supply and produce Class A and Class B drugs, conspiracy to import Class A drugs, laundering criminal proceeds and handling stolen goods.
He is also wanted on a licence recall.

Benjamin Evans, 26, is wanted on recall to prison and has links to the Bangor, Caernarfon, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Penygroes and Pwllheli areas. ■ Reference: 21000872279
Simon Jamie Hughes is wanted on a recall to prison. He has links to Denbigh and Colwyn Bay.

Glen Hart, 24, is wanted for a series of alleged offences.
He has links to the Flintshire area as well as Cheshire, Greater Manchester and London.

Connor Liam Griffiths, 26, is wanted for several serious offences and has a warrant for failing to appear at court.
He has links to the Deeside, Wrexham and Prestatyn areas, and should not be approached by the public.

Wayne Kelly Previously known as Wayne Thomas, the 37-year-old, is from Birmingham but is wanted in connection with alleged offences that took place in Port Talbot. He is wanted in connection with dangerous driving, assault on an emergency worker, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a firearm.
