13. VERONICA VIACAVA
Royal College of Art, London, UK
In Viacava’s project ‘How To Do Nothing’, she composes objects she encounters in her hospitality work and those typical of construction sites, using her camera as ‘a conscious tool that favours the alienation of the worker vital to capitalism’. The ferocious production valued under late capitalism that influences Viacava intentionally jars with the peaceful nature of the resting objects she depicts. Dream collaborators: Peter Fischli and David Weiss. veronicaviacava.com
