Be an elephant whisperer

If you’ve already photographed wild elephants, now you can go one step further. Wilderness Safaris has teamed up with Eco-exist, which works to reduce conflict between the animals and rural communities. On a six-night safari in Botswana, you’ll stay three nights each at Vumbura Plains in the Okavango Delta and at the new Dumatau camp in Linyanti Wildlife Reserve. While there, you’ll visit Eco-exist’s research base by helicopter and assist a researcher who is collaring 10 elephants in 2021 to monitor their movements so elephant corridors can be set up.
