Hawaii’s famous for its food trucks, and for good reason. You’ll find them all over the islands serving up modern takes on local classics like buttery garlic shrimp and Portuguese malasada doughnuts. Some of the best can be found on Oahu’s north shore or scattered around Maui, including Fumi’s Kahuku Shrimp Truck, Mike’s Huli-huli Chicken and Ono Tacos. Oahu even puts on a monthly celebration of the trucks called Eat The Street, located at the Kakaako Waterfront Park.
