IN RIO de Janeiro in Brazil, there’s a man a named Marcio who lives in a giant sandcastle. Not only has he built a palace of sand, complete with 40 turrets, but he’s also made a six metre square wooden structure inside. This gives him the coveted beachside lifestyle rent-free.
Although the plumbing’s not great so he has to run into the sea every now and again.
This is just one of the many astounding ‘properties’ featured in this documentary about weird and wonderful homes from around the world.

In Arizona, a couple has built Falcon’s Nest, a 10-storey high building with 135 steps – the locals hate it, but it’s got great views from the top.
And you could bungee off it in case of fire apparently.
In Utah, Charlie meets a group of scientists who are pretending MAYA didn’t want anyone to know about her and Jacob. But now Jacob tells Maya how guilty he feels and she agrees that David deserves to know the truth. But will they really come clean and tell him about their kiss?
Meanwhile, Leanna and Noah continue their bad behaviour. This time they get Amelia to distract Vanessa, then they let animals out of their cages at the vets. Elsewhere, Doug gets violent with Bob. TENSIONS are already boiling over between Evelyn and Fiz, and when Hope bites Ruby, Fiz is left with no choice but to accept her little girl needs help.
Meanwhile, Sinead feels guilty when Daniel thanks Steff for helping her cope with the chemo. Elsewhere, Toyah and Imran enjoy some afternoon delight in an empty flat, but they’re interrupted by Leanne with Nick in tow. Imran hides on the balcony while Toyah locks herself in the bathroom.
